Abstract

A mathematical model and numerical method for calculating the dynamics of heat and mass transfer, phase transitions and shrinkage during drying of colloidal capillary-porous bodies in continuous belt dryеr is submited. The method of dehydration of thermolabile materials, which allows for faster drying times and ensure energy and resource conservation is described.
