ENERGY STORAGE TECHNOLOGIES WITHIN THE INTELLECTUAL ENERGY SUPPLY SYSTEMS
The outcome of the analysis of the main energy storage technologies (EST) for perspective intelligent (based on Smart Grid) energy supply systems are presented. More than 1600 projects of the EST were reviewed. A number of the EST classifications according to technologically commercial "maturity", costs of implementation, risks, capacity of storage devices, time of their response and discharge, etc. are proposed.
