Abstract

The paper considers current use of biomass for energy production in Ukraine. Main paths for bioenergy potential implementation in Ukraine are determined. The existing barriers to bioenergy development in Ukraine are analyzed. The paper suggests integrated measures for overcoming the barriers to bioenergy development and encouraging introduction of bioenergy  technologies  in  Ukraine.
