Анотація
Означено проблеми, що пов'язані з реалізацією стратегії низьковуглецевого розвитку економіки світу та України, намічено шляхи зниження вуглецевомісткості економіки, сформульовано та початково розвинено новий науковий напрямок зі становлення та підвищення енергоефективності промисловості та будівельно-житлової сфери.
