CREATION OF THE COMPETITIVE BIOFUEL MARKET IN UKRAINE. PART 1.

Abstract
State-of-the-art and prospects for the development of the biofuel market in Ukraine are analyzed. Problems associated with the access to wood biomass and biomass of agricultural origin are considered. Legislative amendments enabling interested companies to harvest wood fuel in the state-owned forests are suggested. Proposals for improving the rules of timber auctions are presented.
